Who I Am:

Hi, I’m Arielle! In addition to being an IFS Mental Skills Coach, I am also a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist in private practice in Oregon and Washington state.

I graduated from the IFS Institute (IFSI) Level 1 Training in 2021 and completed Level 2, facilitated by Toni Herbine-Blank, in 2022.

I am an Adult Amateur who trains with Remy Tait, owner of River Wood Stables. I have two sweet and talented jumpers, Catch and Che. I am a lifelong lover of horses who became captivated with riding after attending a summer horse camp when I was eight years old.

I am also a parent to three awesome kiddos.

Who I Am Not:

I am not a horse trainer and I am not a riding instructor. I will not tell you how to ride your horse or diagnose your horse’s behaviors. I do like to work in conjunction with your instructor, however, in support of your goals.
